New Delhi: A recruitment company based in Cardiff (UK), Yolk Recruitment Ltd, has announced a four-day paid leave for all its employees. The company will sponsor the trip for each of its employees.

“Yolk Folk is off to Tenerife. It’s everyone. Not just the top billers or those who played a part in our historic 2021 results, but EVERYONE. The 50+ scouts across our 8 markets. All of our support teams. Our new hires in 2022. Our goal is to build a culture where everyone is a winner! Which means no one can be left behind,” the company said.

Tenerife is the largest island of the Canary Islands in Spain. A BBC report estimated that the company would spend more than 100,000 pounds (about Rs 1 crore) to sponsor four-day vacations for its employees.

“We could be one of the first Cardiff-based companies for such a business (not just target hitters), all expenses paid for employee leave and that’s only possible because we strive to be Bright Bold Better in everything we do, internally and externally,” the company said in a LinkedIn post.

The company also announced that it is currently hiring in each of its teams and is looking for more than 20 new recruits. Yolk Folk particularly highlighted two important recruiting positions: Head of Division (Marketing) and Head of Talent Acquisition.

The company will also be looking for dozens of trainee consultants in addition to experienced strategic hires this year.
