Talenom grows thanks to an acquisition in Spain

Talenom Plc agreed on August 9, 2022 to acquire the entire share capital of a Spanish accounting firm, Gestoria Teruel SL. The acquired business will be transferred to Talenom on September 5, 2022.

The net revenue transferred to Talenom from the acquired business is approximately €1.0 million per year. In the short term, the acquisition will not have a significant impact on Talenom’s financial situation or future prospects.

The acquisition strengthens Talenom’s position among SMEs in the Barcelona region. The company employs a total of 13 people who will continue to work for Talenom.

“I am very happy that we have been able to complete the acquisition of Gestoria Teruel SL in addition to our previous acquisitions. This is a strong indication of our desire to develop in the Spanish market. I warmly welcome our new collaborators and customers at Talenom,” says Otto-Pekka HuhtalaCEO of Talenom.

Talenom combines software development with expertise in the accounting industry in a unique way. The company’s goal is to grow both organically and through acquisitions in Finland and Europe.
