SANDY SPRINGS, GA, USA, November 1, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Signature Bank of Georgia (“SBGA”) (OTCPK: SGBG) The Board of Directors and Founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Freddie Deutsch, are pleased to announce the appointment of veteran banker, Charles G. “Charlie” Brown as Chairman -general director.

Brown has a wealth of successful experience with over 20 years of community banking experience in both the Atlanta area and Florida banks, in addition to a 30 year career in the industry. He successfully established start-up banks where he was President and CEO of a banking organization in Florida for 10 years and oversaw two bank charters and acquired an additional bank during his tenure. Brown has served on the Advisory Board of the FDIC Community Bank in Washington, D.C., as well as roles with the American Bankers Association, Chamber of Commerce, ARGUS Foundation, Commercial Investments Division of the Council of Realtors , United Way, FBA PAC Committee and FBA Board of Directors. Brown is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Stonier Graduate Banking School.
