Gardai rush to the scene of a shooting outside Dublin’s Lidl car park as a man is injured

Gardai are at the scene of a shooting in North Dublin tonight.
The incident happened in the car park of a Lidl store on St Margaret’s Road in Finglas
Multiple emergency services units are currently at the scene with an injured man in his 20s – his injuries are not expected to be life threatening.
A garda spokesman said: “Gardaí are currently at the scene of what is believed to be a shooting on St Margaret’s Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
“A man in his 20s reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No further information is available at this time.
“Updates will follow in due course.”
