The contemporary house has two main wings and reflects the shape of an amphitheater.

The environmentally conscious hillside property features three boxes with glass fronts that project into the landscape, creating the illusion that the house is floating above it. The interiors feature light wood joinery and woodwork, all in an interior with clean lines, bathed in natural light and fresh air thanks to its heat recovery system.

Its larger of the house’s two separate wings features a seven-meter-high glass wall with doors, behind which is a double-height space with a gallery mezzanine and a kitchen that can be hidden behind contoured cabinets. It opens onto a large terrace and the infinity pool, offering ample space for sunbathing and entertaining in a vast natural setting.

The glass-rimmed pool is set over two floors and features glass panels offering views of the water and people swimming from the lower living area of the house. It is surrounded by greenery for privacy and is remote from other properties, meaning its residents can relax in complete seclusion.

According to sales agent John Kinloch of Viva Sotheby’s International Realty, Morning Breeze “combines the originality of Monica Armani’s design with high-end materials. Sustainability was an essential part of Armani’s award-winning design, with all of its decisions, including the use of technology and choice of materials, being made with a long-term perspective.
